A Few Project Highlights

Cisco: Re-designed, streamlined the training approach for a software product’s adaption to Agile, improving customer experience and cutting resource needs by half.

(3rd Cisco project)

Ghirardelli: Designed and created effective training for all Ghirardelli locations nationwide. Challenges included lack of training facilities and professional trainers.

Equinix: (two projects) Designed new corporate training approach, callback to design company-wide online security training with a live classroom option.

Gap Inc.: Managed team of six, designed/implemented back-office training with extreme deadlines. Learner scores well above Gap base levels in all departments.
